We’re here to help you kickstart your fitness journey with confidence, and we know that sometimes, the hardest part is just getting started.
That’s why we offer an exclusive trial to get you started, it’s the perfect way to experience our program without a long-term commitment, to ensure it's right for you.
Our training sessions are held at Park House Rugby Club in Bromley, BR2 7AA, 6 days a week across mornings and evenings.
We have multiple different training programs available, depending on your goals and needs. At Bootcamp BR2, we believe in giving you the best fitness experience with confidence.
Sessions currently run:
Monday 9.30am & 7pm
Tuesday 7pm
Wednesday 8.30am 9.30am & 7pm (at Beccehamians Rugby Club)
Thursday 6pm & 7pm
Friday 8.30am & 9.30am
Saturday 8am & 9am
Prices are £8-11 a session depending on the option you take and everyone starts on a trial so you can try it before you commit!

1. Bootcamp BR2 go way beyond group coaching, members get a personal touch that enables them to get the most out of each session.
2. We coach individually within a group and therefore cater for all fitness levels, so when you join you don’t feel like you have to keep up with everybody.
3. We provide a non intimidating setting, no member feels left behind, you won’t be judged and therefore there is no need to compare yourself to others, all of our members are extremely friendly and supportive.
4. We help injured members work through their injuries to get them stronger, so they feel that this is not a barrier to exercise and they still hit their weight loss and fitness goals.
5. We provide more than just sessions and coach on nutrition, mindset and habit formation to help them better their lifestyles and build confidence in everyday life.
6. Our set-up is like a club and doesn’t just stop at sessions, we are support group and very social, we offer a lot of challenges and social events throughout the year which keep members coming for more as they like to achieve results and see their friends!

Our outdoor training sessions are coached by expert personal trainers, to ensure you’re getting the most out of your sessions, your technique is on point and you are held accountable to getting the results you've always wanted. Our coaches are specialists in pre and post natal, peri and menopause exercise, along with injury rehab exercise. You will be fully supported throughout your program and be able to work within your capacity.
